ORDINANCE NO. 5468 -72' <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $100.00 WITHIN THE <br />HUMAN RELATIONS AND FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES <br />COMMISSION FROM ACCOUNT 212 "POSTAGE" TO <br />ACCOUNT 64 "BENEFIT TRUST LIFE INSURANCE" BOTH <br />BEING WITHIN THE HUMAN RELATIONS AND FAIR <br />EMPLOYMENT COMMISSION'S BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet <br />such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in Account 64 "Benefit <br />Trust Life Insurance" of the Human Relations and Fair Employment Prac- <br />tices Commission budget to assure that Commission "s ability to properly <br />perform its functions; and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in Account 212 "Postage" of the <br />Human Relations and Fair Employment Practices Commission's budget <br />where this surplus is not presently needed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I That the total sum of $100.00 be transferred <br />from Account 212 "Postage" to Account 64 "Benefit Trust Life Insurance ", <br />both being within the Human Relations and Fair Employment Practices <br />Commission's budget. <br />SECTION II.
