ORDINANCE NO. 5467 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $205.00 FROM PARKING <br />METER FUND ACCOUNT 12 "OTHER COMPENSATION" TO <br />PARKING METER FUND ACCOUNT 64 "BENEFIT TRUST <br />LIFE INSURANCE ", BOTH BEING WITHIN THE PARKING <br />METER FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet <br />such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in Account 64 "Benefit <br />Trust Life Insurance" of the Parking Meter Fund to assure that Depart- <br />ment's ability to properly perform'its functions; -and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in Account 12 "Other Compen- <br />sation" of the Parking Meter Fund where this surplus is not presently <br />needed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the total sum of $205.00 be transferred <br />from Account 12 "Other Compensation" to Account 64 "Benefit Trust Life <br />Insurance ", both being within the PArking Meter Fund. <br />SECTION II.
