April 4, 1973 <br />TO: Members of the Common Council <br />RE: Ordinance Establishing a Schedule of Charges <br />for the Treatment of Septic Tank Dumpings <br />FROM: Louis Rague, Bureau Manager <br />The Bureau of Wastewater is presenting an ordinance to <br />establish charges for the cost incurred and the treatment <br />of waste from septic tank dumpings. <br />The Wastewater Treatment Plant has developed a program for <br />the treatment of said wastes and the costs resulting there- <br />from; and the program has been approved by the Board of <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Commissioners. <br />Said service by the Wastewater Treatment Plant is the only <br />one of its kind in the area.
