It is hereby <br />recognized tt a-- pursuant Smote Enrol ed ct No. 325, the Act <br />became effective upon its approval by the Governor on April 23, <br />1973, and that pursuant to Section 3 of said Act No, 325 the <br />Commission created by Ordinance No. of the City <br />continues with the powers and duties of a evelopment commissions` <br />under the Act. <br />Section 14. Effective Date.
