<br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM SALARIES AND
<br />WAGES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
<br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR 1974.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />INDIANA:
