8/3/70 <br />INSTRUCTIONS - READ CAREFULLY <br />1. The petition shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $10.- <br />2. In completing Section A' <br />a. If your property is inside the city limits you will <br />petition the COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />INDIANA to amend the zoning ordinance of said city. <br />b. If your propterty is located in the unincorporated area <br />of St. Joseph County, you petition the BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS to amend the zoning ordinance of said <br />county. <br />c. ? If your property is located in the limits of an <br />incorporated Town you petition the TOWN BOARD OF <br />THE TOWN to amend the zoning ordinance of said.Town. <br />3. Filing instructions <br />a. City: Four (4) copies of the completed petition and 5 <br />site development plan and 25 copies of an ord- <br />inance to rezone must be submitted to the City <br />Clerk by 12:00 noon on the Wednesday before the <br />meeting of the Common Council. <br />b. County Four (4) copies of the completed petition and 5 <br />& site development plan and 6 copies of an ord- <br />Towns": inance to "rezone must be submitted to the County <br />Auditor at least three (3) days before the <br />meeting of the County Commissioners. <br />c. Roseland.: 'Five ('S )`copies of the completed petition <br />and site development plan and six (6) copies <br />of an ordinance to rezone must be submitted <br />to the Clerk- Treasurer. <br />4. A list containing the names and addresses of all property <br />owners'withih 300 feet'of property being rezoned should*be <br />attached. <br />5. An existing plot plan of the petition area should be attached <br />showing lot or parcel lines, existing structures, and rights <br />of way lines of abutting streets and /or alleys. <br />6. The "slte developm6ht'plan shall be prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of the applicable zoning ordinances, as <br />amended.
