ORDINANCE NO. 5423 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40, SECTION <br />40 -14, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, OF 1963, ALSO <br />KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NUMBER 3702 AS AMENDED, <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That Chapter 40, Section 40 -14 of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 14th day of <br />October, 1963, and more commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City of South Bend, be amended by the reclassification and <br />rezoning of a certain parcel of land measuring 47 feet North and <br />South by 123 feet East and West at the Northwest corner of the <br />intersection of Ironwood Drive and Fox Street in the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Lot Numbered 87 as shown on the recorded <br />Plat of Ewing Park Addition to the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, <br />from "A" Residential District and "A" Height and Area District and <br />"B" Residential District and "A" Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
