Richardson, PE <br />Director, Public Works <br />Mr. James Barcome <br />City Controller <br />CC; Request for Additional Appropiation <br />Reply To <br />May 16, 1973 <br />In compliance to the result of our discussion last <br />Friday May 11, 1973 I am submitting the following request <br />for an additional appropriation to the specific accounts <br />U252 Repairs of Equipment $33,000 <br />This includes an estimate of $8000 to <br />refurbish, repair a 1963 Caterpiller <br />front end loader which was given to <br />the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (by the <br />Bureau of Solid Waste) and is needed <br />by the B4O.M.V. Cost of new Cat is <br />approximately $35,000. Refer to the <br />attached memo for other details. <br />U321 Gasoline 10,000 <br />Due to the additional usage of <br />gasoline by the Bureau of Solid Wasce <br />since April 1, 1973 and also the <br />expected lesser mileage per gallon <br />from other vehicles, both old and new. <br />U322 Oil, Anti - Freeze, Grease etc.. -0- <br />No additional requirement unless <br />another price increase is affected. <br />This is merely a notification. <br />U324 Garage and Motor Supplies 10,000 <br />__ rr <br />
