ORDINANCE NO. S 533 - ,23 <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RECEIVING <br />AND CONVEYING OF A GIFT OF REAL PROPERTY <br />TO THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, Morris L. Morrison and Florence Morrison, <br />husband and wife, are the owners in fee simple of Lot B, <br />Ridgedale, 4th Addition in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana; and <br />WHEREAS, the Park Department of the City of South Bend <br />has for many years last past been maintaining and caring for <br />this property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the Civil City of South Bend, accept a <br />gift of real property from Morris L. Morrison and Florence Morrison, <br />being that property more particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot B Ridgedale 4th Addition <br />by a Quit -Claim Deed, subject to all unpaid taxes and assessments, <br />and restrictions of record, <br />SECTION II.
