ORDINANCE NO. 5698 -74 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$110,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. <br />WHEREAS, engineering studies and plans have been <br />completed outlining needs for a sanitary sewer to serve an area <br />bounded on the north by Lincoln Way West, on the south by Edison <br />Road (Elwood Avenue), on the west by Pine Road and on the east <br />by the existing city limits, and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed for design engineering <br />and construction, and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund has been established. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $110,000.00 be appro- <br />priated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for <br />the construction of the Edison Road (Elwood Avenue) trunk sewer. <br />PHASE I <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force <br />and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its <br />approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory <br />requirements. <br />i dl � / <br />. . . � o t; <br />. �; <br />Passed July 8, 1974, as amended. <br />
