Tontmittrr Irvart <br />'To tlir Tommon @Counril of ilir Titg of oout4 lorn0: <br />Your Committee of the Whole <br />to whom was referred <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICLE PARKING. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance should be <br />recommended favorably, as amended, to the Common Council: <br />Amend title to read: An Ordinance amending Chapter 20 of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, regulating <br />vehicle parking. <br />Delete whereas clause and insert: Be it ordained by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I. Section 20 -67 of Article 6 of Chapter 20 of <br />the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />shall be amended to read as follows: <br />The first paragraph of Sec. 20 -67 of the code shall be numbered <br />(a) . <br />Paragraph (b) shall read: No vehicle shall be parked on public <br />streets within the business district of the City of South Bend <br />nor on ... (the remainder of this paragraph remains the same <br />as paragraph 1) <br />Paragraph (c) shall read: No vehicle <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., <br />not within the business district <br />and in those sections of the city <br />of the Division of Transportation <br />leaf pickup.
