S6 V / -'7 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU <br />OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND; (1.) <br />MIDWEST CHLORINE CORPORATION, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, AND; <br />(2.) THE FISHER -CALO CHEMICAL & SOLVENT'S COMPANY, <br />CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHEMICALS FOR <br />USE FROM JUNE 1, 1974 TO JUNE 1, 1975, IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $22,694.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Bureau of Water of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana and (1.) Midwest Chlorine Corporation, <br />Chicago, Illinois, and; (2.)
