<br />when we are adopting plans. My time on Council I have had the opportunity to travel and get an
<br />understanding and education. When we are adopting plans we are suggestion an end result for a
<br />particular area under that detail and that surface there are a lot of zoning issues; redistricting
<br />issues; census tract issues; job programing and job training issues. When you do a plan and you
<br />go out and get grants and funding for that particular area. So when it seems like I am nit picking
<br />this goes into details of what our jobs is how dollars are funneled into this community or not. So
<br />we have to make sure that we are doing is responsive and responsible also to the city budget, but
<br />also to other areas within the community. I’m not against the project; I think that there is a
<br />healthy conversation, education that needs to take place. What we are doing is saying yes to all
<br />these things but not understanding all these details that are within the details that we do on a
<br />regular basis and not put them together. That’s it.

<br />Councilmember Henry Davis made a motion to adopt this Resolution. Councilmember Gavin
<br />Ferlic seconded the motion which carried and the Resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of
<br />nine (9) ayes.
