ORDINANCE N0, 5- &1? 1- i 4 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $39,173.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS HUMAN <br />RESOURCES PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF <br />HUMAN RESOURCES. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Human <br />Resources to administer certain Human Resources programs and to insure the <br />Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1974. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $39,173.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year of 1974 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known <br />as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered <br />by the Department of Human Resources and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />Program FA51 "Drug Abuse Program" <br />Account Description Amount <br />Services <br />Contractual 260.0 Other Contractual Serv. $39,173.00 <br />Total FA51 $39,173.00 <br />SECTION II.
