ORDINANCE NO. 5670 -74 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $16,850.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, <br />FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department <br />of Public Works to administer certain Public Works programs and to <br />ensure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions <br />during the year of 1974. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $16,850.00 is hereby appro- <br />priated for the year 1974 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, <br />commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
