In order to operate these programs, we are requesting: <br />Salaries & Wages $26;300.00' <br />Other Contractual Services 2,227.00 <br />Other Equipment 1,400:.00.. <br />Social Security 1,573:00. <br />$31,500.00' <br />1. Opening of four High School Gyms & Pools <br />Five nights a week.for six weeks. <br />Schools: Adam La Salle, Riley and Washington <br />Hours: 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. <br />Season: July 8 to August 16 <br />1973 Attendance: Average of 1,200.per week at each school <br />Resource.Requirement: Eleven persons per school @ four schools equal.to <br />44.persons $172000.00 <br />2. Sumer Track Program <br />Sites: Adams/Notre Dane, Jackson, La Salle, Riley and Washington <br />Hours: 9:00'- 11:30 A.M. & 1:00 - 4:00.P.M. & 6:00 8.00 p.M. <br />Season: June 10 to August 9 <br />1973 Attendance: 250 per site per week <br />Resource Requirements: Leadership and Transportation $ 5,000.00 <br />3. Instructional Dgim Program at the Public Natatorium (Model Cities Area) <br />Hours: 9:00. - 4:oo.P:M. <br />Season: 5 weeks (June 17 - July 19) <br />1973 Attendance: 100 per program <br />Resource Requirement: 3 Certified Instructors $ 2,500,00 <br />4. Life Time Sports Program <br />Instruction provided in Golf, Tennis and Bowling <br />Sites: 36 playgrounds throughout the city <br />Hours: Tennis 9:30 12:00 one day per week <br />Bowling 1:00 - 3:30 one day per week <br />Golf 1:15 - 3:45 one day per week <br />Season: 9 weeks (June 10 to August 9) <br />1973 Attendance: 180 per sports per week <br />Resource Requirement: Fees, Transportation $ 1,500.00 <br />
