The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />A 20.69 acre tract bounded on the east by Ironwood <br />Drive, on the north by the South Bend City Water <br />Works and other property and on the west and south <br />by sections of Scottsdale Addition, in the City of <br />South Bend, Centre Township, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by: <br />Place and Company, Inc. <br />3.
