A legal description of the property is as follows <br />Fifty -one (51) feet taken off of and from the entire <br />length of the North side of Lot Numbered One Hundred Fifty - <br />nine (159) as shown on the Recorded Plat of Myers and Funk's <br />Third Plat of Chippewa Heights Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, in the Northwest Quarter (NW-1) of Section 25, Township <br />Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East. <br />
