S& G 0-'7 5/ <br />AN ORDINANCE A1,1121DING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />CHAPTER 40 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIeLNA <br />Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that: <br />SECTION I <br />Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana <br />(South Bend City Zoning Ordinance ITO. 4990) be, and the same is <br />hereby amended, supplemented and changed in Section 40 - 14 and <br />Section 40 - 24 thereof to provide that the following, described <br />real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />legal description <br />Fifty -one (51) feet taken off of and from the <br />entire length of the North side of Lot Numbered <br />One Hundred Fifty -nine (159) as shown on the Recorded <br />Plat of Myers and Funk's Third Plat of Chippewa <br />Heights Addition to the City of South Bend, in the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW-4) of Section 25 Township <br />Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Two (2� East. <br />be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District Regulation <br />classification from A Residential, A Height and Area, to D Light Industrialq <br />A Height and Height and Area, subject to and in accordance with the <br />site development plan as submitted with the petition to amend as filed <br />by Hudson D. & Dorothy M.
