ORDINANCE NO. 6& / S -'2 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE <br />WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1974, AND ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1974, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING <br />CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME <br />WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Waste Water <br />Treatment Plant for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1974, <br />the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the <br />purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the <br />same and subject also to the conditions provided in this <br />Ordinance. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to <br />include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, <br />unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II.
