ORDINANCE NO. SG ja -�3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$3,798.02 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING <br />AND SINKING FUND. <br />........... . .... . .................. <br />WHEREAS, the Beale Street Local Sewer has been <br />constructed pursuant to a contract between Dye Plumbing and <br />Heating Company and the Civil City of South Bend; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed in the <br />amount of $7,322..04, of which $3,524.02 was paid on the twenty - <br />third of April, 1971; and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the City's <br />remaining share of the assessed cost of said construction; and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund <br />has been established. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $3,798.02 be appropriated <br />from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the <br />project and in the amount set forth below: <br />Beale Street Local Sewer Construction - $3,798.02 <br />Dye Plumbing and Heating Co. <br />SECTION II.
