ORDINANCE NO. 5607 -7,3 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF $1200.00 FROM <br />ACCOUNT NO. 120.0 "SERVICES PERSONAL" TO ACCOUNT <br />NO. 224.0 "WATER- CONTRACTUALS ", BOTH ACCOUNTS <br />BEING WITHIN THE CITY CEMETERY DEPARTMENT BUDGET <br />OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND -r <br />INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet <br />such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the City Cemetery <br />Department to purchase water supplies and to assure that Department's <br />ability to properly perform its functions; and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus currently exists in Account No. 120, <br />"Services Personal" where it is not now presently needed, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $ 200.00 be transferred from <br />Account No. 120 "Services Personal" to Account No. 224 "Water- Contractuals ", <br />both accounts being within the City Cemetery Department Budget of the <br />General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II.
