ORDINANCE NO. S G O 5'-'7 3 AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE CITY CLERK BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $150.00 FROM ACCOUNT 252, "REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT" TO ACCOUNT 361, "OFFICIAL RECORDS "., BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE CITY CLERK BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appro- priate more money for an account than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary condi- tions; and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it is not pre- sently needed and more specifically as follows, to -wit: $150.00 in Account 252, "Repairs of Equipment ". NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: SECTION I. That the sum of $150.00 be transferred from Account 252, "Repairs of Equipment" to Account 361, "Official Records ", both accounts being within the City Clerk Department in the General Fund. SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements for emergency appropriations.
