ORDINANCE NO. 5597 -73 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, CHAPTER 40 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, FORMERLY REFERRED TO AS ZONING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED (2017 <br />WEST DUBAIL STREET). <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 4990 -68, <br />Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, formerly known as Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, be and <br />the same is hereby amended and supplemented by zoning the <br />following described property "C -1" Commercial District and "A" <br />Height and Area District. A legal description of the property <br />is as follows: <br />Lot #92, as shown on plat of Highland Park, <br />an addition to the City of South Bend. <br />Recorded in Plat Book 8 - Page 82. Bound <br />on the west by S. Warren Street, bound on <br />the south by W. Dubail Street, east to alley, <br />bound on the north, forty feet to Lot #93, <br />owned by Arthur Tschida, 1636 W. Warren <br />Street, South Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 2.
