ORDINANCE NO. S S 96 -.7 3 AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 408.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. K -726 "OTHER EQUIPMENT" TO ACCOUNT NO. K -12 "SALARIES AND WAGES - TEMPORARY ", $ 158.00, AND ACCOUNT NO. K -252 "REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT ", $.250,:00; , $ 500.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. K -723 "SOUND. EQUIPMENT" TO ACCOUNT K -252 "REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT ", ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM BUDGET OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Morris Civic Auditorium to meet its expenses and to assure that Department's ability to properly perform its functions; and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in other accounts where it is not presently needed: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I.
