ORDINANCE NUMBER 5 5 8 9-'2_3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER V 990 -6 8 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (1989 Prairie Ave.) BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1. Ordinance Number 14990_&g, being a zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the following real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: be, and the same is hereby changed to and zoned as "C "- Commer- cial use district and "A" height and area district. SECTION 2.
