ORDINANCE NO. S S r b- 2 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE PARKING GARAGE <br />FUND THE SUM OF $3,000.00 FOR ACCOUNT 260.0 "OTHER <br />CONTRACTUAL SERVICES ", AND .$2;000:00 FOR ACCOUNT <br />330.0 "JANITORIAL SUPPLIES ", BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING <br />WITHIN THE PARKING GARAGE BUDGET OF THE PARKING <br />GARAGE FUND OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget for the Bureau of Parking Facilities <br />so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated <br />in the annual budget for the various functions of the Bureau of Parking <br />Facilities to meet such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for Accounts 260.0 <br />"Other Contractual Services ", and 330.0 "Janitorial Supplies" of the Parking <br />Garage Budget in order to assure that Department's ability to properly perform <br />its functions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $3,000.00 for Account 260.0 "Other <br />Contractual Services" and $2,000.00 for Account 330.0 "Janitorial Supplies" <br />be hereby appropriated from the Parking Garage Fund, all accounts being within <br />the Parking Garage Budget of the Parking Garage Fund of the Civil City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II.
