JEFFERSON BLVD., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 4 NII <br />(219) 2&.9571 <br />August 22, 1973 <br />In Re: A proposed ordinance and site development plan of <br />Armand and Katherine Rigaux to revise a previously <br />approved site plan, property located at 150 West <br />Angela Boulevard, City of South Bend <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached rezoning petition of Armand and Katherine <br />Rigaux was legally advertised August 11, 1973 and August 18, <br />1973. The Area Plan Commission gave it a public hearing <br />August 21, 1973, at which time the following action was taken: <br />"Upon a motion by Roger Parent , seconded by Joseph <br />Bajdek, the petition of Armand and Katherine Rigaux <br />to zone from "B" Residential to "B" Residential with <br />the revised site plan was carried and returned to <br />the Common Council with a favorable recommendation <br />by the Area Plan Commission." <br />The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and <br />points considered in arriving at the above decision are shown <br />in excerpts of the minutes and will be forwarded to you at a <br />later date to be made a part of this report. <br />Very truly yours, <br />RICHARD S.
