Board Members Laura <br />Vasquez, Eddie Miller, John Collins, and Luther Taylor were present. Also present were Fire Chief <br />Stephen Cox, Police Chief Ronald Teachman, and Attorney Cory Hamel. Board members did not <br />discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice.
