ORDINANCE SG y,3- 7 y <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT FA25 -726.0 <br />"PROPERTIES" WITHIN THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT <br />PROGRAM FA25 "PARK DEPARTMENT ", AND TRANSFERRING <br />$8,675.00 FROM ACCOUNT FA25- 261.0, "SERVICES <br />CONTRACTUAL ", BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FA25 "PARK DEPARTMENT" <br />OF THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />WHEREAS, the lighting erected under the said grant for Boland <br />Park was damaged by vandals and a check in the amount of $14,050.00 was <br />received from an insurance company and credited to the Federal Assistance <br />Grant Fund, Account FA25 -261.0 to cover said loss and <br />WHEREAS, the Park Department plans to purchase light fixtures <br />to replace the ones damaged at a cost of approximately $8,675.00. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend: <br />SECTION I. That a new account FA25 -726.0 "Properties" <br />be created in the Federal Assistance Grant Program FA25 "Park Department ". <br />SECTION II. That the Account FA25 -261.0 be reduced by the <br />amount of $8,675-.DDan the like amount of $8,675.00 be transferred to <br />Account FA25 -726.0 "Properties ". <br />SECTION III.
