S G 3 8- -) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IDENTIFIED AS ORDINANCE NO. 4990, ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED, TO THE EXTENT IT IS STILL EFFECTIVE, AND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, SECTIONS 40 -1 TO SECTIONS 40 -43, AS AMENDED, TO THE EXTENT IT IS STILL EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana SECTION I. That the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Lots Numbered Sixty -eight (68), Sixty -seven (67) and Sixty -six (66) as shown on the recorded Plat of Kaley's Subdivision of the Southeast part of the Southwest quarter (4) of Section three (3) Township Thirty - -seven (37) north, Range two (2) East, now within and a part of the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, AND A lot or parcel of land sixteen (16) feet in width East and West, taken off of and from the entire length of the West side of Lot Numbered Sixty -five (65), as shown on the recorded Plat of Kaley's Subdivision of the Southeast part of the Southwest quarter (,) of Section three (3) Township Thirty -seven (37) north, Range two (2) East, now within and a part of the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana be and the same is hereby zoned D Light Industrial and D Height and Area District, the same to conform with the site development plan submitted herein.
