ORDINANCE NO. 5636 -74 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, <br />;COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />(INDIANA (Chapter 40, Municipal Code). <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CON21ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />(BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is <br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br />iclassification of the following, described real estate in the City o <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />Lot Numbered One Hundred Sixty -four (164) <br />as shown on the recorded Plat of Myers and <br />Funks Third Plat of Chippewa Heights Addition <br />to the City of South Bend. <br />be and the same is hereby established as "C -2" Planned Shopping <br />Center District and a "C" Height and Area District subject to the <br />modified site development plan as submitted with the petition filed <br />by Associates Bancorp, Inc. <br />Section 2: <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and <br />legal publication. <br />Passed February 11, 1974, as amended. <br />THCENUURG. <br />OEAHI.
