-2- <br />We feel that a clarification of the term G.V.W. is necessary. The abbrevi- <br />ation stands for Gross Vehicle Weight, this means that a vehicle with a G.V.W. <br />of 45,000# weighs that much when fully loaded. A vehicle of this size usually <br />has the capacity to carry 10 tons. <br />If there is any question of why 3 vehicles are needed, please remember that <br />this process and plant operates 24 hours per day. 3 vehicles gives us the <br />capability to have one loaded truck enroute, one truck being loaded, and 1 <br />truck as a stand -by unit for use during scheduled maintenance and breakdowns. <br />Also it is fair to assume that one round trip to dump a load of sludge will <br />take a minimum of l hour. <br />If there are any further questions to which you need answers, feel free to <br />contact me. <br />Respectfully, <br />Michael L.
