not affect any other provision. Whenever provision is made for either party <br />to obtain the consent of the other, such consent will not be unreasonably withheld. <br />SECTION 3. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. Wherever reference is made to other <br />documents not contained in this Lease the contents of said documents are known <br />to both parties and the terms thereof are incorporated in this Lease in the <br />same manner and effect as if the terms and conditions of said documents were <br />set forth at length herein. The provisions of the Act are incorporated in <br />this Lease as fully as if set forth herein. <br />SECTION 4. CAPTIONS. The heading of the articles and sections in this Lease <br />are for convenience only and do not define, limit, or construe the terms and <br />conditions herein. <br />ARTICLE II <br />PREMISES AND TERM <br />SECTION 1. LEASED PREMISES. Lessor leases to Lessee and Lessee leases from <br />Lessor, upon all of the terms and conditions hereafter set forth, the Leased <br />Premises. <br />SECTION 2. TERM. The term of this lease shall be ten (10) years commencing <br />July 1, 1974, and expiring June 30, 1984. <br />SECTION 3. TITLE. Provided that Lessee is not in default in the performance <br />of any of the obligations on its part to be performed hereunder and provided <br />that the Bonds and interest thereunder have been paid in full and retired, <br />title to the Leased Premises shall pass to Lessee upon the expiration of the <br />term hereof. Lessor shall thereupon execute and deliver to Lessee a quitclaim <br />deed in recordable form sufficient to confirm such title in Lessee together <br />with other appropriate title documents. <br />ARTICLE III <br />RENT. <br />SECTION 1.
