NO. 5620 -73 <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE <br />2, SECTIONS 11 -2 THROUGH 11 -14 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />1971. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend: <br />SECTION I. Article 2 of Chapter 11 of the <br />Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana, 1971, adopted by <br />the Common Council on March 26, 1968, is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION II.
