Ordinance 5 7 '? / - 7 41 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $1,488.02 FROM THE <br />PARK DISTRICT BOND CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE <br />PARK DISTRICT BOND REDEMPTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption <br />of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to transfer money <br />from one account to another in the annual budget for the various functions <br />of the Department of Public Parks to meet such extraordinary emergencies, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Public Parks has completed its construction of the <br />King Recreation Center and has an unused balance of $1,488.02 and pursuant <br />to Indiana Statutes such unused funds must be transferred to the Park District <br />Bond Redemption Fund <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, <br />Section I. That the following account be reduced in the amount <br />set opposite said account to -wit: <br />Acct. No. Classification <br />50 Bond Construction <br />Amount <br />$1,488.02 <br />Section II. That the following account be increased in the amount <br />set opposite said account to -wit: <br />Acct. No. Classification Amount <br />65 Park District Bond Redemption $1,488.02 <br />That the transfer of funds as set forth in Section I and II are required for <br />the proper and efficient operation and function of the Department of Public <br />Parks of South Bend and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist con- <br />cerning the foregoing transfer. <br />Section III.
