ORDINANCE NO. 7 ' G G - 24 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY, 1, 1975 AND ENDING \ DECEMBER 31, 1975, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. I� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION'I. That for the expenses of the Municipal Water Works for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1975 the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same and subject also to the conditions provided in this Ordinance. Such sums herein•approp- riated shall be held .to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. SECTION II. That for the said fiscal.year there is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of said Water Works,'the following:
