ORDINANCE NO. 5764 -74 <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY <br />LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />That the following described property in St. <br />Joseph County, State of Indiana, having been recently an- <br />nexed to the City of South Bend, Indiana, is hereby rezoned <br />from "A" Residential and "A" Height and Area District to "E" <br />Heavy Industrial District and "C" Height and Area District: <br />Section 2• <br />A part of the SW 1/4 Section 26 T37N, R2E Centre <br />Township St. Joseph County, Indiana, bounded on <br />the north by the north line of said SW 1/4; bounded <br />on the east by the east line of said SW 1/4; bounded <br />on the south by the north line of the South Bend <br />ByPass; and bounded on the west by the east line of <br />Penn Central Railroad.
