ORDINANCE NO. 5 ,7 &,_ -7 y <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 1,100,000.00 <br />FROM THE CENTURY CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />TO "PHASE I CONSTRUCTION ", ACCOUNT NO. 710.0 <br />"BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS ", A <br />NEW PROGRAM AND ACCOUNT WITHIN THE CENTURY <br />CENTER CONSTURCTION FUND OF THE CIVIL CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed in order to initiate and <br />complete the first phase of the construction of the Century Center <br />facility of the City of South Bend, Indiana; and <br />WHEREAS, these funds are now, or will be available by <br />December 31, 1974 so that the Common Council may appropriate them; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $ 1,100,000.00 be, and hereby <br />is appropriated from the Century Center Construction Fund to "Phase I <br />Construction ", Account No. 710.0 "Buildings, Structures and Improvements ", <br />a new program and account within the Century Center Construction Fund, to <br />be distributed as follows: <br />PHASE I CONSTRUCTION <br />Account No. 710.0 "Buildings, Structures, and Improvements" <br />48.710.0.001.11 "Excavation and Demolition" $ 160,000.00 <br />48.710.0.002.11 "Pilings" 220,000.00 <br />48.710.0.003.11 "Concrete Foundation Work 400,000.00 <br />48.710.0.004.11 "Structural Steel" 320.000.00 <br />Account No. 710.0 TOTAL $ 1,100,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
