ORDINANCE NO. 5-2s9 - y AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $17,500.00 FROM THE GENERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF GASOLINE DISPENSING EQUIPMENT TO BE LOCATED AT 701 WEST SAMPLE STREET. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public Works to supply a needed improvement at the Municipal Services Facility, so that its functions may be carried during 1975• NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $17,500.00 is hereby appropriated for the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Public Works through its Bureau of Building Maintenance (MSF) and will be distributed as set forth below.
