ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $53,000.00 FROM THE <br />SEWAGE WORKS IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF PURCHASING SEWER CLEANING EQUIPMENT. <br />WHEREAS, one high pressure and water vacuum sewer cleaning <br />machine is needed for efficient sewer maintenance; and <br />WHEREAS, there does exist an adequate balance in the Sewage <br />Works Improvement Fund, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the above appropriation be set as follows: <br />ACCT. NO. DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />Dept. of 0726.0 Other Equipment $53,000.00 <br />Sanitation <br />TOTAL APPROPRIATION $53,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
