ORDINANCE NO. 5746 -74 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS BETWEEN <br />VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />BUDGET, IN THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are required over those <br />previously appropriated for certain accounts within the Fire <br />Department budget; and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where <br />it is not presently needed. This surplus is shown more specifically <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />$8,000.00 in Account 110.0 "Services Personal" <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend: <br />SECTION I. That the Account 110.0, "Services Personal ", <br />be reduced by 8,000.00, and this amount be appropriated and <br />transferred as follows: <br />Account Description Amount <br />Services Contractual 252.0 <br />Supplies 370.0 <br />Materials 430.0 <br />Properties 726.0 <br />Equipment Repairs $1,000.00 <br />Other Supplies 1,500.00 <br />Repair Parts 1,500.00 <br />Other Equipment 4,000.00 <br />Total $8,000.00 <br />SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force <br />and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and its <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />- 414100 <br />Passed Passed October 14, 1974, as amended. <br />
