ORDINANCE NO. S'J vv -7</ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $600.00 FROM <br />THE PARKING METER FUND TO ACCOUNT 430.0 <br />"REPAIR PARTS ", WITHIN THE PARKING <br />METER DEPARTMENT, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are required above those <br />previously appropriated to enable the Parking Meter Department <br />to properly perform its functions; and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists within the Parking <br />Meter Fund; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $600.00 be appropriated <br />from the Parking Meter Fund for the Account set forth below: <br />ACCOUNT # DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />Materials 430.0 "Repair Parts" $ 600.00 <br />SECTION II.
