ORDINANCE NO.-5 q3 - -7 y AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $19,869.57 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. WHEREAS, the Oak Park Local Sewer has been constructed pursuant to a contract between H. Dewul£ Construction Company, Incorporated and the Civil City of South Bend; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed in the amount of $19,869.57 for its 50'/ portion of this Barrett Law Project; and WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the City's share of the assessed cost of said construction; and WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been established. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the sum of $19,869.57 be appropriated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project and in the amount set forth below. Oak Park - Edison Rd. Sanitary Sewer Project $19,869.57 SECTION II.
