ORDINANCE NO. S -?,3 6 -'7 <d <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FROM <br />THE GENERAL PARK FUND TO ACCT. #260.0 "OTHER <br />CONTRACTUAL SERVICES," IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,754.00, <br />AND ACCT. #440.0 "OTHER MATERIALS" IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $7,000.00. <br />WHEREAS, a reimbursement for a Federal Matching Program <br />in the amount of $39,754.00 was received August 22, 1974, and; <br />WHEREAS, these funds are needed in performing work on <br />Centennial and Pier Parks; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTIONII.
