/a6 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5 ,23 5- v �( <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $110,000 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED <br />TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR REPAIR WORK <br />TO THE SOUTH BEND DAM, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, funds are needed by the Department of Public Works to proceed <br />with the repair of the South Bend Dam. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of $110,000 is hereby appropriated from <br />the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as General Revenue Sharing <br />Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Public <br />Works and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />Program FA 71 "South Bend Dam Repair" <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />Contractuals 260.0 Services Contractual $110,000 <br />Total FA $110,000 <br />SECTION II.
