ORDINANCE NO. 5?sa -.7 y <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $72,680.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR <br />VARIOUS HUMAN RESOURCES PROGRAMS, TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH <br />ITS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department <br />of Human Resources to administer certain Human Resources programs <br />and to insure the Department's ability to properly perform its <br />functions during the year of 1974. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $72,680.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year of 1974 from the Federal Assistance <br />Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust <br />Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department <br />of Human Resources and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />Program FA65 "Community Alcohol Program" <br />Account Description Amount <br />Services <br />Contractual 260.0 Other Contractual Services $72,680.00 <br />Total Services Contractual $72,680.00 <br />SECTION II.
