ORDINANCE NO. S7a9 -li/ <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $7,000 <br />TO ACCOUNT NO. MVH 370 FROM ACCOUNT NO. MVH <br />110, BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE BUREAU <br />OF STREETS OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to <br />appropriate more money than was originally appropriated in the annual <br />budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extra- <br />ordinary conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for Account Number MVH 370 <br />"Other Supplies" to enable the Bureau of Streets to properly perform its <br />functions; and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in other accounts where it is not presently <br />needed. This surplus is shown more specifically as follows, to -wit: <br />Account #MVH 110 "Salaries & Wages Regular $7,000 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend: <br />SECTION 1. That Account MVH 110 "Salaries & Wages Regular" be <br />reduced by $7,000, and this amount be appropriated and transferred to <br />Account #MVH 370 "Other Supplies ". <br />SECTION II.
