ORDINANCE NO. Spa AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,772.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS LEGAL DEPARTMENT PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF LAW. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Law to administer certain legal department programs and to insure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1974. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $7, 772.00 is hereby appropriated for the year of 197 om t e Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
