ORDINANCE NO. 5,7 ,20 -7 �l <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2,400.00 FROM <br />THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND, <br />LINE ITEM 260.0, TO PROJECT ROAD & STREET <br />52 ANGELA- MICHIGAN INTERSECTION. <br />WHEREAS, an additional appropriation is necessary <br />over that previously appropriated for completion of R & S 52, <br />Angela- Michigan Intersection construction project; and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund <br />has been established, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $2,400.00 be appropriated <br />from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund for Construction <br />of said improvement. <br />SECTION II.
